I called earlier in the day needing an alignment and they actually answered the phone (already a win) and told me exactly when to come in. When I arrived, I was greeted right away and taken in immediately — everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. It turned out I needed more than just an alignment, and instead of brushing me off or upselling me, they took the time to explain everything clearly. Just had new tires put on two of our vehicles and couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. Both trucks look great and drive great. I woke up to a huge nail in my tire. Drove to Sal's. One of the owners, Adam, walked out to greet me. He looked at the tire and went into detail regarding my options of repair vs replace. Nice tire shop with great prices. Went ahead and got my wheel alignment, new tires, rotation, balance, and oil change all in one place for one great price. 100% recommend to anyone especially people like me that are very hesitant with letting anyone else other than the dealership handle their car.
